"Overall, the standard of furniture that NHC designs and manufactures is of very high quality. The bedroom set we received is sturdy and beautifully finished.
The staff, especially Paul Keville, was an absolute delight to work with—very thorough and kept us up to date from the very beginning. The furniture was delivered to a small care home in Altrincham, where people with learning disabilities are currently supported, and we are now using the furniture in what I call our “showroom,” as the room is currently vacant.
The electric profiling bed has been designed to look like a normal, comfortable bed, removing the typical “care home” feel and allowing the rooms to feel more like a home. The residents who have viewed the showroom have commented on how lovely and fresh it looks, and one of the people we support has even ordered the exact same bedroom set for their own room.
The ordering process was smooth, with plenty of communication from NHC. They have been very supportive and helpful, discussing the different options available. All the furniture is priced reasonably for such high quality.
