Requirements: Soft Furnishings & Upholstered Furniture Fit-Out

As part of a newly developed care environment in Kent, NHC Group delivered a comprehensive fit-out package focused on the manufacture and installation of coordinated soft furnishings and bespoke upholstered furniture throughout the home.

The project included the supply and installation of curtains and pelmets, blinds, bed runners, bedspreads and scatter cushions, helping to create a consistent and well-finished interior scheme across resident bedrooms and communal areas. Carefully selected fabrics, colours and textures were used throughout to add warmth, comfort and a welcoming feel to each space.

Alongside the soft furnishings package, our team also manufactured and installed a range of upholstered chairs and footstools designed for both bedroom and communal environments. Each piece was selected to balance comfort, durability and practicality while contributing to the overall residential-style aesthetic of the home.

The completed fit-out brought together coordinated furnishings and carefully considered interior details to create inviting spaces for residents, visitors and staff alike. Through careful planning and collaboration with the wider project team, installation was completed efficiently and on schedule, ensuring the home was fully prepared ahead of opening.
