DELIVERY METHODS
Here at NHC Group we offer a range of delivery methods to cater for all. These are as follows:
- Free next day delivery if ordered before 1pm on large pallet stock items*.
- Free next day delivery if ordered before 3pm on smaller stock items*.
- Delivery to your door step only is free of charge.
- Delivery, room placement and installation includes an extra charge of £100
- If you require your delivery on a specific date this can be arranged to suit you best.
If you have ordered a non-stock item, we will keep you updated with the progress inform you of the delivery date.
Please note, NHC Group deliver nationwide including Northern Ireland*.

RETURNS
We accept the return of all items, which are returned within 14 days of delivery and in their original packaging and condition. Under these circumstances, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (less delivery charge.) You will be responsible for the cost of the postage to return the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds will only be given after the returned item has been received and inspected. It is recommended that you use registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods.
VAT Exempt
VAT exemption allows chronically sick or disabled people to buy eligible items at 0% rather than 20% VAT. For more details and the declaration form click on the button below:
ASSESSMENTS
NHC Group offer free on site assessments to ensure sizing and other factors are correct for you when you are looking to purchase any of the following products:
- Slings
- Chairs
- Ceiling Track Hoists
- Baths
A member of our team will come out to you and carry out the assessment free of charge. They will then collate all the information and advise the best product that you could buy to fit the need. For more information or to book your free assessment please contact us.
