But while that is a milestone to celebrate, we’re not standing still. To continue giving you the very best service and products we’re making changes, including a change of name to NHC Group Limited. This is in recognition of the fact that we have developed national coverage to service care homes across the UK.
As part of an extensive rebrand we will be further developing our website to not only reflect the new identity but to provide you with an even better customer experience, upgrading product pages with improved images and descriptions to make the buying process easier, and introducing our new Asset Management Portal where you can keep tabs on all your equipment to make sure service and maintenance schedules are up to date.
And to mark our transformation we’ve commissioned an entirely new logo.

The new design uses a font that evokes the strength and stability of our organisation, born of a dependable, down-to-earth attitude and long-established connections with our customers. Its softened edges reflect our compassion towards residents and our understanding of their needs and yours.
In contrast, the exuberance of the stylised human form almost seems to leap out from the page and symbolises the regained quality of life enjoyed by residents using our products. Its warm tones, in contrast to yet complementing the colour of the font, represents the warmth of humanity and compassionate care.
As is generally the case with major rebrands, we anticipate a gradual rollout of the new style over the coming months as everything from business cards to business forms, printed marketing material to product packaging is renewed.
